What is IntroCave?
IntroCave is a Intro Video designer that allows you to make Youtube Intro Videos quickly and easily. Use our intro maker to easily create video intros online. No tools required to create youtube intros, logo animations, and more with our intro designer.
How do I create Intro Videos?
Really simple! Just browse through our selection of video templates and pick one you like. Follow the instructions on screen and your video preview will be created in a few minutes.
The preview video doesn't look great, what gives?
We use super fast render settings to create the preview videos so we can show your customizations right away. This does mean that the video may look low resolution and a little grainy. Don't worry, when you order your final HD video it will be completely clear and crisp and in full HD.

Take a look through our categories or use the search bar to find videos. If you can't find a video you want please submit a request. We're always adding new videos and happy to receive suggestions.
Do I need a logo to create an Intro Video?
You can use any image for videos that have image customizations, doesn't have to be a logo. Of course, some videos suit a company logo better.
How am I allowed to use intro videos purchased from IntroCave?
If you buy a video from IntroCave we allow you to use it anywhere you like. It can be used as part of a business website, YouTube channel, personal website, social media, other video hosts or wherever you like, regardless of if you make money from that source or not. PLEASE NOTE: if you upload your own images or audio, you MUST have the rights to use it and IntroCave accepts no responsibility for videos created with copyrighted material and does not condone the use of copyrighted or trademarked materials when using our intro designer to create intro videos.
My video says "Access Denied" when I try to download it?
As mentioned when purchasing your video, we currently can only keep videos stored for 3 days after they are created. If you are trying to download your video after 3 days you will get this message. Please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you get a new video.
Who runs IntroCave?

What kind of customizations can I make?
Most videos have the option to customize the text and images in various locations throughout the video. Every video allows you to also upload your own audio file or choose from our audio library. Finally, some videos also offer extra color customizations on some of the video components.
Do I need an account?
You don't need an account to create preview videos. If you decide you like the preview and want to order a HD video then you'll need an account. Signing up is quick and easy and we only need a valid email address to get started.
What if I don't like my video?
If it's a preview video, simply try again! If you don't like a HD video you ordered you can get in touch and we will give you a coupon to try again. We want you to be happy with your videos!
I can't download my video, please help!
You can download your video by clicking the link in the email we send. If you right-click the link and select "Save As..." you can download it directly to your computer. If you click on the link
and your video starts to play, simply right-click on the video player and select "Save Video As..." and you will be able to download the video. On mobile/tablet you can tap and hold on the link or the video player in safari
to bring up the option to "Save As" which will then download the video.
Finally, you can easily download your video by logging into the website and clicking the download button on the dashboard.
What's the deal with Yahoo email addresses not working?
Yahoo are known for their overly aggressive spam filters and we're currently noticing all emails we send to Yahoo addresses are being blocked. We are working with Yahoo support right now to fix this issue but until then please use a non-Yahoo email address. Alternatively you can email firstname.lastname@example.org from your Yahoo account and it will whitelist us so you can receive emails.
It's been 2 hours and I haven't received my video yet, what's happening??
99% of videos are created successfully, usually in less than an hour. The most likely cause is that our email has gone into your spam folder OR you are using a Yahoo email address which blocks all of our emails. Please double check your spam folders for our email. Alternatively, you can attempt to login to the website using your email as we create a login for all users who purchase - follow the instructions on the login page if you also did not receive the registration email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do you store my credit card details?
We never store your credit card details on our servers. Our PCI compliant payment processor handles the entire transaction.
When do I receive my video?
As soon as your payment is processed we start rendering your final HD video. This process can take anywhere from 30 minutes up to 2 hours depending on the size and resolution chosen. Once the video has finished, we will email you a download link for you to get your video file. Please keep your video safe as we are only able to store completed videos for 3 days.
Who handles payments?
We use Stripe to handle our payments. Stripe is a globally renowned, PCI compliant payments processing company. You can learn more about them at Stripe.com
What kind of security is there?
We have 256 bit security across the entire website using SSL. You can confirm this by checking your browser URL bar and seeing our domain name starting with "HTTPS" and the green padlock. Our payments processor uses the latest, bank-level, security techniques and is PCI compliant therefore audited to ensure maximum security of payment details.
