When do I receive my coupon?
As soon as your payment is processed we will send you TWO emails, so make sure to check your spam folder. The first email will be a boring looking receipt. Don't share that—it's ugly, and it doesn't even have the coupon code in it (but it will have a coupon ID in case you need to request a refund).
The second email will be a little bit prettier and have a nice image with your coupon code.
How do I put a coupon code under the tree?
- Go modern and just forward the coupon email.
- Hand write your coupon code in a fancy holiday card.
- Print the whole email.
- Save just the image print it.
What about refunds?
Intro videos make GREAT gifts, so I fully expect someone will be given two intro video coupons when they only need one. If you need to return your coupon for any reason, just email email@example.com -- as long as the coupon hasn't been redeemed, I'll refund it no questions asked.
What if my coupon expires?
I was too lazy to go change the code that sets the expiration dates on these coupons, but I'm no Grinch! Just email firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll get you sorted out.
Who handles payments?
We use a third party bank payments company called Stripe to handle our payments. Stripe is a globally renowned, PCI compliant payments processing company and uses the latest security techniques to keep both our customers and us safe.
What payment methods do you accept?
IntroCave accepts all major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Do you store my credit card details?
IntroCave never stores your credit card details on our servers (we can't even see them!). Our PCI compliant payment processor handles the entire transaction via their specialized web payment service.
What kind of security is there?
We have 256 bit security across the entire website using SSL. You can confirm this by checking your browser URL bar and seeing our domain name starting with "HTTPS" and the green padlock.
Our payments processor uses the latest, bank-level, security techniques and is PCI compliant therefore audited to ensure maximum security of payment details.
